The Village Hall will be open from 9:00 - 10:45 to stage your entries.  No entries can be accepted after 10:45 when judging begins.​

Your entry cards can be collected at the door.  If you have additional entries, please do not submit another entry form. Just inform us on the day, and we will give you additional entry cards to complete.  ​You may submit as many entries as you like, but only one entry is allowed per class.

 

We no longer charge exhibitors entry fees or visitors admission fees.   Instead, we encourage everyone to contribute to our annual charity in whatever amount they feel comfortable. Your generosity will make a meaningful impact and help us support a great cause.​​
